We strongly believe in the importance of multilingualism at ASH and offer a range of language options for our students to choose from including English, Dutch, French, and Spanish.

As an international community, we believe in the importance of maintaining home language(s) and cultural identity, which is what makes our learning environment so unique. We encourage students and families to maintain high levels of reading, writing and speaking in their home language(s) as research shows that literacy in the home language greatly helps proficiency in additional languages, and boosts personal and cultural confidence.

In addition to the languages offered in the classroom, our co-curricular languages menu includes Greek, Spanish, Dutch, Chinese, German, Russian, Portuguese and Italian.
