Morgan is a competition law attorney for Shell advising on mergers and acquisitions as well as other antitrust compliance matters. Morgan started her legal career in private practice at the Washington, DC office of law firm Clifford Chance LLP and then later Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. After relocating to Houston, Morgan joined Weatherford International. Morgan also has teaching experience in legal research, writing, and advocacy at the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law.  Morgan earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and her undergraduate degree in International Studies from the American University.
