Donna is passionate about inclusion, diversity and justice in international schools. She has enjoyed leading successful school wide student support team growth in schools in Africa and the Middle East for the past 20 years. Donna holds a Masters degree in Inclusive Education, and this academic background along with knowledge gained through current membership of diverse professional organizations, informs a research based practice that supports holistic student success and wellbeing. Donna additionally has extensive experience with Child Protection teams, both in the development of systems and structures for schools, as well as providing guidance for process.
