Dr. Courtney has extensive experience in teaching, curriculum design and educational leadership internationally, having lived and worked in universities and schools in Kyrgyzstan, Japan, Hong Kong, and China. Dr. Lowe holds a Bachelor's degree in English, a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics - Teaching English as a Second Language, a Master's degree in Library and Information Science, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. He also serves on the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands.
