Beth has 25+ years of experience in both elementary and middle school classrooms and as a middle school administrator in public and international schools. Beth was the Middle School Principal at the American Embassy School in New Delhi, India. During her 14 year tenure there, she shifted the student leadership model from a traditional student council to an innovative and inclusive model that provided leadership opportunities for all students. She also led initiatives that included moving to standards-based grading and reporting, developing the first 1:1 iPad program in Asia, and creating a maker education program and space. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from The University of Minnesota.
