Arnoud has worked in various HR roles for several international companies including Shell, IKEA, and ASH, where he worked as HR officer for several years prior to joining IKEA. Together with the rest of the Human Resources team, he is committed to enabling all ASH staff to perform at an excellent level. Arnoud holds a degree in Human Resources Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
