Complete the Elementary School Admissions Forms, which can be downloaded from this page. Please include complete academic records for 3 years of schooling (the current school year and the previous two years) for each applicant. Academic records include report cards, progress reports, standardized test scores, individualized testing reports and Individual Educational Plans and any other information pertinent to the applicant’s learning style. Please translate into English, if necessary. Applications and school records may be submitted electronically, by FAX, by postal mail or in person. Please note that the Health form needs to be completed online and you will find the link to that document on this page.
Be sure to follow the Application Checklistto determine that you have provided all of the necessary documentation. When the application file is complete, the School will review your child's needs and school records to determine that our program will further foster your child’s learning. We may contact you for additional information. If you did not do so in Step 3, you may choose to schedule a visit to the school at this time.
These activities are by appointment, and take place prior to your child's first day of class. For students arriving at the beginning of the new academic year commencing in August, a full schedule of orientation activities is planned the week prior to the first day of school (please refer to the school calendar). You will be provided with a final orientation schedule in early summer.
What Grade Should My Child Enter?
The grade which your child will enter is determined by their age on October 1st. For example, a child who is 4 on October 1 will be considered for entry into Transition Kindergarten.
