Elementary School Curriculum
Accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), the elementary school curriculum builds a strong foundation in essential skills, including Math, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies, supporting overall development. Elementary students attend school five days a week, spending most of their time with a dedicated homeroom teacher focused on core subjects—Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. They also receive specialized instruction in Dutch, music, STEM, and more, taught by expert educators.
Dual Language Pathway
Students in the Dutch-English Dual Language Pathway develop proficiency in both Dutch and English while building a strong connection to Dutch language and culture. The program is ideal for families seeking to provide children with local roots and global opportunities for the future. The Dual Language Pathway is currently available for students in Kindergarten and Grade 1.
Hands-on STEM Opportunities
All elementary students receive regular, engaging STEM instruction that builds a strong foundation for future learning. Aligned with modern science standards and integrated across the curriculum, students explore concepts in ways that prepare them for Middle and High School. From our Maker’s Lab to dynamic outdoor learning spaces, STEM comes to life through hands-on, real-world experiences.
Meaningful Arts Experiences
In Elementary School, The Arts inspire imagination, exploration, and joy. Through hands-on experiences in visual art, performance, and music, students experiment with materials and techniques, discover global artists and traditions, and express themselves creatively. Guided by specialist teachers, they build confidence, collaboration, and creativity—developing skills that enrich learning, nurture personal growth, and spark a lifelong appreciation for art.
