Measures of Academic Progress
The MAP assessment, taken by students in Grades 3–8, is a widely used test that shows how students are performing in reading and math compared to their peers around the world. ASH students consistently score above global averages in reading in math.
International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme
The IB Diploma Programme is a two-year, holistic program leading to university entrance and academic preparation. Students choose IB for its balanced approach to learning and focus on international mindedness and global citizenship. Students take six courses plus the three IB Core components – Theory of Knowledge, Extended Essay, and Creativity-Activity-Service – for a comprehensive education.
